I USE HACK FOR FARMING TOA/BEAST/DUNGEON. SO IN MY OPINION SECOND ACCOUNT BETTER FOR ARENA (BECAUSE I HAVE HACK FOR FARMING).

first accout without second thought. ypu got way better mons for pvp in that. you can replace psamathe with many spd leads i you got good runes on your supports, atleast two mons around 250SPD. If you dont have those kind of runes, you should start farming now coz a MOD/hack can help you in PVE alone.
