just use mac to do that stuff and thats the fix for the moment,at least everyone with that error  made it 

even virtual mac works

i ask this as Cydia Impactor is having issues with iOS 11.0.3, this iOS is itself very buggy and has its own issues with downloading and installing apps and updates  

How many sideloaded apps do you have on your device ?

This question is asked as Apple only allow you to install 3 apps with Cydia Impactor, 3 apps is the limit.

You will be able to learn and understand a little bit more about Cydia Impactor and why it can give certain errors. 

I am on IOS 11.0.3. I have no one app installed from cydia impactor  and my phone is not Jailbroken
