Help/Support PLEASE... MCOC BANNED ACCOUNT NEED HELP

HI, I recently got banned from MCOC using a cheat app,

Please can you help me, i managed to sign out of the account on my phone,

i went to GENERAL>IPHONE STORAGE, and deleted the app there with its data, i reset my phone and re-downloaded game, however when i tried to sign in with my main account details, the banned message came up again,

i re-did the entire procedure and i am in the game again on an alternative Account i have, but my main account was sitting on 260k rating with some solid champs, please help me get this back, i am desperate.

Looks like your Device has been banned. 

When you get banned you either get :

User ID Ban - Can sometimes be fixed

Device Ban - Permanent 

Device ban's are usually permanent !

Not sure if you will get all your data back but you maybe able to get back on the game. 

Unfortunately a ban is a ban mate, you may not ever get back your progress, you use hacks at your own risk !
