cant kill the character who use skill " Gloom" first?

All the boss and mobs auto skill GLOOM at first round then the game cant move.

i cant do anything except i remove the 1 skill cooltime to prevent this..

If they try now the Clash Reylaight they will stuck at 2/5 only in second round.
