So I was wondering, how do I use the CPLoader 8.5 License system? Kinda confused on the whole thing.

I recomend not to use it. You have to give everyone who uses your hack a code (so you'll get lots of pm's lol)

You can use CPLoader, this will protect ur tweak.xm from offsets I think
