Help/Support Pre-Hacked IPA is not working

Hi, the game I'm focusing on is Into the Dead 2, non-jailbreak VIP hack. I have iPhone 6S and IOS ver. 11.0.2. I followed the guide, was successfully installed the hacked IPA, however, I'm stuck at step 8. In my iPhone 6s, I don't see Profiles & Device Management under Settings -> General, I see only Profile, and under Profile, I see Cydia Extender (1508187521). I don't see any email to allow to trust [email protected]. Anyway, I opened game and the iosgods popup is shown but there's no unlimited gold or other hacks. Please help. thx

Did you try reinstall it? I had this once & reinstalling it fixed it for me

I deleted the original game and reinstalled hacked IPA twice and same result. I'm uploading a video to show it's not working.

Ok, your email should appear there instead of Cydia Extender.

You were asked for your Apple ID & Password when sideloading, correct?

Yes, in the video, 0:18. Could it be because I installed extender before sideloading? I’m gonna try to delete extender and then sideloading the app

Hey DiDA, I removed the game, also removed the Cydia Extender, and there's nothing under Profile now. Sideloaded the hacked IPA step by step according to the guide. However, I'm stuck at Step 8 once again. There is no Profile under Settings -> General

Installation Instructions:
STEP 1: If necessary, uninstall the app if you have it installed on your iDevice. Some hacked IPAs will install as a duplicate app. Make sure to back it up so you don't lose your progress.
STEP 2: Download the pre-hacked .IPA file from the link above to your computer.
STEP 3: Download Cydia Impactor and extract the archive.
STEP 4: Open/Run Cydia Impactor on your computer then connect your iOS Device and wait until your device name shows up on Cydia Impactor.
STEP 5: Once your iDevice appears, drag the modded .IPA file you downloaded and drop it inside the Cydia Impactor application.
STEP 6: You will now be asked to enter your iTunes/Apple ID email login & then your password. Go ahead and enter the required information..
STEP 7: Wait for Cydia Impactor to finish sideloading/installing the hacked IPA.
STEP 8: Once the installation is complete and you see the app on your Home Screen, you will now need to go to your Settings -> General -> Profiles & Device Management. Once there, tap on the email you entered from STEP 6, and then tap on 'Trust [email protected]'.
STEP 9: Now go to your Home Screen and open the newly installed app and everything should work fine. You may need to follow further instructions inside the hack's popup in-game.

I posted the video before following the steps above, game was deleted to make sure no duplicates and downloaded hacked IPA and impactor. step 4-7 can be seen in the video. Step 8 cannot be completed because there's no Profile in General. Upon opening game and complete the tutorial, u can see at the end of the video gold is 0.

Also like to mention, I followed same steps for Tap Titan 2, also could no complete Step 8, however, the hacked game works perfectly, freezing money amd mana no problem. Makes me wonder maybe Step 8 is not the issue here, maybe my IOS being 11.0.2 may be the problem?
