Dear Forum,

I'll be referring to this topic. Since it's kind of old the link are down, and it was the one explaining how to use a different account to keep using the refund method.

My question is : HOW TO USE A DIFFERENT APPLE ACCOUNT THAN MY MAIN ONE TO DO MORE REFUNDS.

Thanks in advance,

Best regards

Well you go into the App Store, you sign out, then you sign in or create a new one from the featured page.

Yes but I get an error message each time, unable to proceed to payment.

The thread you refer to is over a year old, it is possible that this no longer works or only works for some iOS versions or devices.

The method is still working, I think you can still use one credit card on multiple accounts.

But I needed to know how, I figured how myself and @Fadexz confirmed. I was however getting a weird error.

If anyone have a different explanation or method it's very welcome.

Thanks,

From what I read of the thread you provided when you have done this 7 times you receive the message "Unable to process payment" When this message appears you must then create a new Apple ID with the link provided, I don't know why you will need the link as I assume you can just create a new Apple ID in the normal way.

Create a new Apple ID and try again.

Its not a device thing, they are purchasing something then getting the payment refunded after from Apple.

@timplct

So you are trying to use the same credit card but are getting an error when using it again? You can search it up if you can use it on more than 1 account if so then you can refund more than 7 times and do it unlimited times. IDK if you can do that though for that reason.

What error are you receiving?

Or you can try what @iDavie said which was to create a new Apple ID.
