Delete the hack and try to join a game and see if it works.

If it works install the hack again and try it.

If it doesn't work delete the game and reinstall it, try to join a game, then download the hack.

There isn't a hack for it. You have to just win games and open crates to get credits and buy them from the "Loadout" tab in-game.

I heard a certain cheater is working on a credits hack. No guarantees though. (Didn't say his name so he doesn't get spammed)
