Help/Support .DEB's are not in sideboard

Hello Everyone, I'm new on the forum. I want to install .DEB of Simcity Buildit hack. I Set up it with filza but it doesn't placed on setting's sideboard. So can someone help me about this

My device : iPad 3,1 9.3.5 

[Ted2 39.1k iPhone 13 Pro 16.0 Donor]

Maybe it doesn't have settings.

It can either be a tweak instead a patrcher or a Mod Menu.

 

Can you link the hack please?

It's a mod menu.

I tried but there is nothing on sideboard or anywhere can you take a video for it or describe it with pictures sorry Ididnt understand

Mod Menu.

 

- Open Game

- Wait few seconds

- Three Finger tap the screen

- A mod menu will appear

- Enjoy.

Make sure u tap with 3 fingers AT ONCE. NOT 3 taps repeatedly.

Step 6: Open the app, wait 20 seconds, then double tap on IG to open the mod menu 

BUT in the description of hack he says like that I didnt understand should I tap 2 times or tap 1 time with 2 fingers and what is the mean of IG  ?
