i down load IPA to my macbook, transfer it to my phone by itune but domination app symbol is.. installing .. . what 's wrong here ??

You cannot install modified IPA's through iTunes, use www.cydiaimpactor.com to sign and install your IPA for 7 days until you will need to reinstall it again.
