I don't understand, why they don't want to , androids sites  already figured out how to bypass all the patches they have all the full menu what we use to have in the VIP version, it's sad though I really enjoy this jailbreak a lot.

a lot of people use this jail break in this site and Toram isn't dying anytime soon.  It will be a pity to switch to a android device just to use a mod I use daily.

Android and iOS are not the same. For the easiest example, You can still hack in-app purchase on Android devices pretty easily in most game while iOS game are mostly impossible to hack unless you have a specific mod. Although a fix for these patch might be possible, it won't be easy to find as you have seen on these Android mods. Also keep in mind the anti cheat system they have just implemented.
