One question 

Why not use Super Impactor? It’s free and duplicates apps while cutting them off from Game Center? It is also user friendly for people that struggle with simple programs.

No steps, just use with as many iTunes accounts as wanted and no real limit or 7 day reinstall requirements for non dev accounts.
