That can happen on the first attempt, try close the app and reopen, and make sure your developer certificate isn't expired.

I'm on iOS 9.3.3 6S+ and jailbroken. Installed it 2 times using appcake but the app crashes on start up. Plus there isn't an enterprise certificate with it that I can trust from my settings
