Anyway to install cracked apps on iOS with cydia impactor that will not expire after 7 days?

So I have an iPad Air 2 on iOS 9.3.3 jailbroken, and one of the main reasons I jailbroke the device was to use appcake and install cracked apps (mostly games).

iOS 11 looks really awesome on the iPad and there are some apps that I use that got updated and require a newer iOS version. So updating to iOS 11 would be really nice, but I need to be able to run cracked apps on it. I know about cydia impactor but I heard the app expires after 7 days and I always have to reinstall using a computer, which would be a real bummer for me.

Is there anyway to make apps be available forever, not 7 days?

Having Developer account which cost $99 but it  last 1 year (With no restrict on how many apps can be on your device)

Free developer account is free but 7 days and limitations.

I think you can only sign 100 or have 100 concurrent ones or something. :p

Yes, 100 apps per device.

:o for 100 bucks I could easily buy all the apps/games I want to crack and have them forever.  So there's no way to install Rome total war on stock iOS 11 for free? :D

It's mainly meant for developers that have the money to spend and not normal individual users.

You can but you have to reinstall it every 7 days.

Thanks. Do you know if app data remains saved after reinstall? For example if I play a game, the progress will remain ?

I'm pretty sure App Data gets removed, it even says it when deleting an app. Unless you save your App Data to your iCloud storage.   … Or have a jailbroken device.
