Help/Support Unlock Iphone or install later iOS

Hello.

I have iPhone 6 plus and its SIM lock with operator NTT Docomo. Nobody can unlock it, but year, when i find it, i`m use it for gaming in wi-fi mode:) Without sim card.. After that i give it for SIM unlock and they install newces iOS and dont unlock it.. Now its like brick. When i turn it on, i cant do nothing without Japan sim card and iTunes also say: insert sim card. 

I`m dowload iOS 9+ and try install it with iTunes in DFU mode, but there is some error 3194.

Can someone help me with info, how i can downgrade iOS for later version like 9+, becouse in this version i can use it like iPod, without calling.

Are you talking about Carrier "unlocking" your phone for use of all carriers or the SIM activation required to use the phone?

No, as far as I know, it's impossible. I want to install the old version of iOS, so that you can go through the registration path and use it without the possibility of making calls.

In the installed version of the IOS it is impossible to go through the registration path without a SIM card.

Just get a pre-paid SIM if you don't have one to activate it, then you can chuck it away after.

i`m live in europe and the operator i Japaneese NTT Docomo.  This operator SIM card cost 25$ for 8 days and come to me one month.. Is there way to registrate and use phone without this SIM card? When i`m find it year ago, a`im use it without sim on iOS 9...

You just need to get a pre-paid SIM, you can just put a few dollars on it, IDK if you even need to but probably. You don't want to buy a phone plan just pre-paid one, whatever one you but on it you have in calls and texts, that's what a pre-paid SIM is.

If Imei unlock I use unlock.co.uk but if do not work on uk sims it's been blocked in uk i.e. Europe look on google if put Imei in it will tell you if bard in uk or iCloud locked hope it helps

No problem ,you have options rsim12 ,rsim13 or tool mina crisis works fine for network unlock and bypass in version 10 or earlier

Carrier Bypass tools iOS 8.x till 12.1 for minacrisis and for iCloud support 10.2.1 I think ,look in google it works for me
