Having issues connecting my iDevice to Cydia Impactor

I'm having problems getting impactor to work correctly. I am currently using iDevice iPhone 5, on iOS 10.3.3, and I'm running Impactor on Mac. 

I've created a new Apple ID following the guide found on this site, I have installed and launched Impactor with my device connected and after logging into my account it gets up to a certain point then I get an error message as follows: 

provision.cpp:81
ios/addAppId =XXXX
The 'Network Extensions' feature is only available to users enrolled in Apple Developer Program. Please visit https://developer.apple.com/programs/ to enroll.

I noticed that this is one of the FAQ questions but where the FAQ says "Inside Cydia Impactor, click on the 'Xcode' option, then click on 'Revoke Certificates'" I assume this is after where I'm at because my only option is to start Impactor. I've never connected my phone prior to now so I'm wondering if my issue is the same or if I should try to reinstall it. Thanks in advance for any help with my issue and if there are any mistakes or problems with my post please let me know and I will correct them ASAP!

    If your iPhone is detected by cydia impactor, try following the FAQ.

    If not try using your original Apple ID.

    I can't follow the FAQ's first fix because I didn't have a 2-Step Auth on the disposable or my main account, plus I don't have an options button anywhere on my Impactor program. I appreciate the hasty reply, I'm gonna make another new Apple ID and try that otherwise I'll just try again later instead!

    Edit: Sidenote, I got the same error on my disposable account as well as my main account.

    Edit #2: I've tried another alternative Apple ID to no avail. Guess I'll give up on it for the night. If there's any way to get Last Day On Earth modded IPA without Impactor please let me know because I've been itching to finish the Alfa Bunker and not having those juicy mods stinks! Thanks again and have a good one!

    I'm so blind......... I'm not used to using Mac as I'm borrowing it from a friend. I have figured out that my Windows 10 skills do not translate well. Thanks for the response regardless I found exactly what you're talking about before I even saw your post but you're an angel for trying <3 Thanks to both of you for your support in my issue but I believe I have figured it out. Both of you gave me the right answer so I'll up vote you both :)

        📖 PC Installation Instructions

        STEP 1: Download the pre-hacked .IPA file from the link above to your computer. To download from the iOSGods App, see our iOSGods App IPA Download Tutorial which includes a video example.
        STEP 2: Download Sideloadly and install it on your Windows or Mac.
        STEP 3: Open Sideloadly on your computer, connect your iOS device, and wait until your device name appears in Sideloadly.
        STEP 4: Once your iDevice is recognized, drag the modded .IPA file you downloaded and drop it into the Sideloadly application.
        STEP 5: Enter your Apple Account email when prompted, then press “Start.” You’ll then be asked to enter your password. Go ahead and provide the required information.
        STEP 6: Wait for Sideloadly to finish sideloading/installing the hacked IPA. If there are issues during installation, please read the note below.
        STEP 7: Once the installation is complete and you see the app on your Home Screen, you will need to go to Settings -> General -> Profiles / VPN & Device Management. Once there, tap on the email you entered from step 6, and then tap on 'Trust [email protected]'.
        STEP 8: Now go to your Home Screen and open the newly installed app and everything should work fine. You may need to follow further per app instructions inside the hack's popup in-game.

        NOTE: iOS/iPadOS 16 and later, you must enable Developer Mode. For free Apple Developer accounts, you will need to repeat this process every 7 days.         📖 iOS Installation Instructions

        📖 PC Installation Instructions

        STEP 1: Download the pre-hacked .IPA file from the link above to your computer. To download from the iOSGods App, see our iOSGods App IPA Download Tutorial which includes a video example.
        STEP 2: Download Sideloadly and install it on your Windows or Mac.
        STEP 3: Open Sideloadly on your computer, connect your iOS device, and wait until your device name appears in Sideloadly.
        STEP 4: Once your iDevice is recognized, drag the modded .IPA file you downloaded and drop it into the Sideloadly application.
        STEP 5: Enter your Apple Account email, then press “Start.” You’ll then be asked to enter your password. Go ahead and provide the required information.
