There's nothing complicated about it.

 

Example:

 

1. Grab the Binary and paste it in /var/mobile/

 

2. Open Mobile Terminal and type in

cd /var/mobile

3. Now type in the command in the first post but just replace <binaryname> with the binary you pasted in step 1 and <outputbinaryname> to anything you want the new file to be called.
