Help/Support last day on earth loading screen stuck

I having this problem now smfh. Is there still no way to fix this issue? Even downloading the game from the official AppStore isn’t working either.

or else i have to start from the bottom

All of you can log in to game by now

Note: log in and do not not enter any map

login in, and try to delete all your equipment that make your last game crash

and then, you can play game

if you miss my note and try to enter any map

delete game from iphone

wait 24h and re-install game

Where do we find the list of items not to craft?

same problem I try to restore my phone, reinstall the app, even try another appid found that useless. is there anyone can solve this really appreciate
