Help/Support last day on earth loading screen stuck

i cannot transfer my char to official IOS APP. it always stuck on loading screen! 

even I restored my iphone.  

i tried to reinstall same app. It stuck too, no matter tweaked or not!!!!

i have no idea!!!

restored my phone again! nothing in my phone!  download APP fram applestore.  Open APP -> restore comfirm-> stuck on loading screen again !!! OMG !

 

someone can help me ?

my account got banned ?

 

now i installed LDOE 1.5.9. restore than stuck loading screen!!!

What has happened here is you crafted and item that you are not supposed to in an older version of the app, you then updated the app but the item you crafted is still not avalible but it's on you're save game, this causes the save data not to load, many users who crafted items not yet in game have lost everything and had to start all over again. 

There is currently no fix for this issue. 

Please in future follow all Warnings provided in each and every topic, the warnings are there for a reason, failure to follow these warnings can cause you to run in to issue such as the one you face now.

I have the same issues but I can’t figure out how to restart my account so I can save again please help 

Can someone help me last day on earth how to delete account so I can restart a new game so it can save please thank

Normally when you reinstall the game and start it, you get an option to restore save or cancel. Just click cancel and you start fresh.

Mine is stuck on 95% i did not craft unreleased item i downloaded the original and tried re installing the ipa but its always stuck in at 95% oh and i cant make a new one also bec at first loading its stuck also what can i do to fix this problem?

Try to sign out in GameCenter if using iOS.

I kufced up?I spawned the Sniper Rifle and the helicopter???smh also i tried the Radio Tower but wouldn't let me place it to build it,??‍♂️I was level 28

I’ve found a way!! 

 

I was playing this game a year ago and ended up crafting a gun that made my character move weird but never thought it would freeze my loading screen. I went so far that I didn’t want to delete my saved progress so thought I’d wait for a solution and I got nothing... 

So you have to leave your phone on maybe even all night as that’s what I did. Go to a map and enter. It will stay on loading but you have to keep your phone on and let your player starve without food/water and die. When I checked my phone in the morning it all started to work and I had everything! So just make sure you don’t craft anything you’re not meant to again! 
 

please let me know if it works out for anyone else too

I made mine stuck last night and seems that i fkd up badly now i guess its gona have to make a new profile or wait for the item that i crafted to get released?

gona try that but i cant even enter the map it gets stuck on loading screen once u start the app
