Solved Appeal to Shoutbox ban

I would like to submit an appeal to my restricted access of the shoutbox. I was given 1 warning. Then banned a few minutes later ?. I feel I was treated unfairly. And would like a second go. I can follow the rules!

No, you broke the rules. It's a verbal warning then an actual ban. You were treated fairly

I was given one verbal warning for saying the inappropriate line. However, I NEVER said it after that and was given a ban? I do not think that was being treated fairly? Verbal warning then a ban for following the warning DiDa gave me. ?
