Help/Support App Store and Apps keep asking for Apple ID password?

Okay, fixed the part where it asks for your Apple ID inside the Apps by Syncing the device with iTunes (log in to the same Apple ID first and make sure your PC is authorized).

 

It still keeps asking for my Apple ID all the time in the App Store though. Can't download anything on my iPad but I can on my iPhone and they're using the same Apple ID. If I download the app on my iPhone I can direct download it on my iPad without entering password but I want to fix this on my iPad because my iPhone is sluggish.

 

I remembered I had that shit on iOS 7, I did nothing. Now I am on iOS 8

I can' login to my account from iCloud settings, keeps saying incorrect password but the password is correct because I can sign into it using iTunes.

Go to https://appleid.apple.com/and reset your password. Also reset the security questions and set a rescue email if you don't have one already.

Already did that. Didn't help..

 

I can login to my Apple ID on iTunes and my iPhone so the problem is with my iPad...
