Is there any ban/suspend protection. Because I talked to fire monkey and they said mod menus are against the tos and you might get suspended for up to a year. They can ban you. However I've not had any reports of ban on this game since I posted.

Alright. Although I discovered this weird glitch that makes it so you can get the lambo aventador sv and possibly the huayra bc. I don’t know if you have heard of the mod that adds the feature to buy parts and blueprints using gold. Well if you have got one or more blueprints for either the sv or the bc the button will say free and you can make out the stars all for free. You do still have to fill it with materials though.
