Is the whole store thing just get temporary down for sometime then back up? Because I see same problems in VIP sections and same issue in the past replies. Could it be the actual game's problem as its still a beta version those people just turned iap down for a few days, or is there actually in need of an update?

Nope its been patched by the developer without updating the whole game, its a new strategy for them, this hack works only few days, so you have to be attentive in the updates here.

That is old post but it will help you but as for this specific hack. You have to be attentive. hoarding is the best way to go ones this hack works again
