[LÄS] Hur din tråd bör se ut!

När du lägger upp en tråd inom denna sektion bör du följa dessa riktlinjer.


1. Titel

Titeln på din tråd är väldigt viktigt!

Det är titeln som gör att andra användare besöker din tråd för att hjälpa till, om ditt ämne inte har en "catchy" titel så kommer ingen att vara intresserad av att klicka på den. (Ha inte "Hjälp", "Snälla" eller något liknande i din titel)

Titeln ska innehålla det problem du har i en kortfattad mening.

2. Tråd Innehåll
 

Innehållet är lika viktigt som titeln. Du bör förklara allt med detaljer.
Innehållet bör förklara det problem du nämnde i titeln. Så till exempel om din ämnesrubrik är "Youtube crashar", ska din tråd se ut ungefär såhär:

Jag upplever ett problem med youtube appen på min iPad. Jag laddade ner appen från PlayStore på min Samsung S8  (Android 7.0, *Modellnummer*, Rootad), och när jag försöker öppna den så krashar den direkt. Jag har försökt att ominstallera appen, och starta om min iPad, men det hjälpte inte. Vad bör jag göra/vad kan felet vara?

Lägg märke till hur vi angav vårt operativsystem + enhet och vad hur vi har försökt lösa problemet redan. Vi förklarade också var vi hämtade filen från och vad som hände efter att vi installerat det. Det är väldigt användbar information för den person som vill hjälpa dig!

Att lägga till skärmdumpar/bilder till tråden är också mycket användbart men lägg inte bara till en skärmdump och ingen text alls. Du kan nämna problemet i text och lägga till en skärmdump för att visa problemet om du vill.

 

3. Markera ett svar som bäst

När du fått svar på ditt problem eller fråga, glöm inte att klicka på knappen "Mark this as a best answer" (Markera det här som ett bra svar) till vänster om användarens svar om deras svar hjälpte dig med ditt problem eller fråga. Att markera ett svar som bäst gör det lättare att hitta lösningen på problemet för andra användare som har samma eller liknande problem eller fråga.
