Tool Extender for iOS 9?

I've seen a post about an extender for iOS 10. Is there one for iOS 9? Or better yet can someone help me update my iPad to an iOS 10 version with a known jailbreak?

If it's updated for iOS 10, it should work on iOS 9. I might be wrong though.

 

Jailbreakable firmwares, below 10.3.x, are no longer being signed by Apple.

Hey for some reason it keeps telling me I have a pending certificate request and this extender stopped working. @Diversityy
