Help/Support Unbanning using keychain.db

Hi,

 

Normally I unban/reset my account using the keychain.db method, using the genp command.

Now, I can't find the code for the game I have.

For example, this is the code of another game: 

GW8WLE43LG.zombiegun3d

 

the package name, binary name or anything related ain't there in the keychain.db (i used pc to search too)

 

Is there another way to find out, cause I see some other strange things too.

Like this:

 Q9SM2F33Y6.*
