I cannot log in to the website. If I try to download, it sends me to the log in page and it doesn’t matter how many times I change my password, I cannot log in so I can download.

i get this message when trying to log in with my newly changed password:

Incorrect Display Name or Password. Please verify your information is correct and try again.
