Help/Support Debugger Not Working

https://imgur.com/dUNAQaB i tried many new things i cant use GDB because i have a IPhone 6, Every time i try to run the debug server it just gives me the error listed in the image its worked one time before, everything worked great the first time , then i disconnected came back a few hours later and it gave me the failed to receive handshake error i kept trying gave up and came back later to try again and now im at this point,

Do you have three windows open ? 1 shows your device is connected to pc the second is for lldb and the third either putty or ifunbox . These you need or its not going to work.

yes got all 3 opened.. First i got IFunBox open then go to the quick toolbox ..Open up putty i then inputted "debugserver 127.0.0.1:23 --attach= Example"(With LLDB opened in the background) and that is the error i get after that the app just closes

here the thing tho just a few min ago i did the same thing only this time i changed it to port 24 an now im getting a "error: failed to get reply to handshake packet"
