I don't know if you still respond to questions on this thread because its old but if by chance you do i'm having a problem. When it prompts you to enter an Apple ID and password i do but i get this error "file: provision.cpp; line: 173; what: Please sign in with an app-specific password. You can create one at appleid.apple.com."

Hey. 

In case you'll see this post and are having still the same problem..
Here's what you need to do; Go to that site and log in, click on App Specific Password 
Add some name (app's own or whatever) and click OK, and it generate's password.
