Solved [Help] Rasticrac (incomplete)

The tutorial said only iOS 9.0.3 or something needed to use iTunes? Any idea what I am doing wrong here. I'm o. iOS 10.2 and was hoping to avoid an extra steps since I'm new lol.

EDIT: Also, Do I need to uninstall the app, and then use itunes to download it and install?

EDIT: Why am I unable to install apps with itunes? Always the syncing error. Do I need to downgrade iTunes? I also have appsync unified. Yalu102 JB

I downgraded iTunes to 12.0.2 now receiving an error because of the trust computer even after clicking trust it still gives me error. 

 

The only way to authorize a computer is to enter credit card details now since it's my first time using it on iTunes? The F***...?
