Help/Support cydia Impactor crashes

Trying to install mobile legends IPA and impactor crashes and says this after I debug

yes I deleted the impactor folder and installed it back

none of the IPA's are working they are crash at legends tab

Do you have latest iTunes installed?

Agreed. As silly as that could cause this issue, it's possible.

Agreed. As silly as that could cause this issue, it's possible. 

I can confirm it doesn't require latest version of iTunes. I had a very early version of iTunes and it kept working perfectly.
