Personally, I have an iPhone 6 64gb with ios 9.2.1 and I want to update to the version Ios 10.2 last version that has jailbreak, due to the fact that my cell phone is jamming with more jailbreak. Does anyone know how this process works? Because if I upgrade through the phone or iTunes it will upgrade to the latest version that does not have Jailbreak.

Sadly there is no way to upgrade to iOS 10.2. It's not being signed anymore.

Just stay on 9.2.1 its more stable for the jailbreak anyway, and you can't update to that version, only if you saved blobs otherwise you can only update to the latest version.

I don't understand why your phone would be jamming, that's weird but if you want to fix it you can try downloading Cydia Eraser from Cydia or something like that to remove your jailbreak but keeping the version you are on then just re-jailbreak.
