Help/Support Phone Crashes often?

I basically have no idea why this is happening. Can anybody help me?

You gotta be more specific. What crashed? What do you do when it crashes? Does it respring into Safe Mode? Are you Jailbroken? iOS version?

The 'substrate' I think crashed. Im not sure, the thing that is clear is that, it sends me to Safe Mode. I am Jailbroken, iOS 8.1.1

Install MobileTerminal and:

 

First, cd into a folder of your choice:

cd /var/mobile/Documents/

Then run this command to export your list of tweaks & apps:

There's too many to determine the one which causes the crash. Can you install CrashReporter from Cydia?
