when I go to the genp table and search for delete from genp where agrp = 'A4QBZ46HAP.com.gameloft.SingleSignonGames' it says affected rows:0

 

Confused what it means by this, I have followed all the instructions correctly and doesn't work can someone please help me figure this out.
