Help/Support About installing Mod in Android device

Hi, I just started with Android and not really sure how to install this mod. 

My first try was to install, "APK ModPirate Kings v4.3.0 +1 [Unlimited Spins]"

he is the link for Mod from Joka, 

I am trying this but didnt understand his setp 5A and step 5B which are: 

STEP 5A  setp 5A If the mod contains an OBB file, extract it if it's archived and copy the folder to /Android/obb.
STEP 5B step 5B If the mod contains a DATA file/folder, extract it if it's archived and copy the folder to /Android/data.

 

if anyone can explain it to me, i would appreciate.

The mod you linked doesn't need a OBB. You just downlado the 'signed' download link & install it

so first that's what i understood and after installing it, it shows the unlimited speed like mentioned. but when i hit spin, it goes to zero and tells "you are out of spin."

I dont know if I am doing something wrong or not?

can you try it out for me, if you have android device ?

I download sign APK, so all i see is just a .APK
