Wondering if anyone knows how to delete a save for Last Day on Earth from the Game Center on iOS?

have you tried uninstalling the game then reinstalling and when it asks if you want your previous data clicking no?

If that doesn't work try using Apps Manger to wipe all data for the app (reset app).

And if that doesn't work its probably connected to your account so you would need a new game center account if you can't delete it from inside the app.

I really don't want to lose my current progress though

if it comes to that then I think you need another game center account
