I rebooted my phone after using LowerInstall (I've used the tweak a few times without any problems), I was on 9.3.3 and was using the tweak to spoof iOS 10.0.1 (which I have also done before), and the phone failed after rebooting. It gave me the Activation error and is now asking me to restore my iPhone and update it to latest version. RIP my beautiful phone.
