How can i downgrade my iPhone 5s to 9.2.

now i m using 10.3.3

This is not possibile right now!The highest ios  version jailbreakable now is 10.2 , so if you would want to jailbreak this would be the version to downgrade, but now it is not possibile, as apple stopped signing the all the firmwares until 10.3.3!

You can't, you don't have your blobs, and iOS 9.2 isn't being signed, so you're stuck at iOS 10.3.3

I don't know about ShSh2?

SHSH Blobs(also called "ECID SHSH") is an unofficial term referring to the digital signatures that Apple generates and uses to personalize IPSW (iOS firmware) files for each device; they are part of Apple's protocol designed to ensure that trusted software is installed on the device.

You can't create blobs for iOS 9.2 because you have to be on iOS 9.2 to create blobs for it, but you're on iOS 10.3.3.
