I did not use MacBook before, can you install both tools for IPA file on your MacBook? If yes, then same. If no, I have no idea, sorry mate.

Im sorry to tell you this but it won't work on macbook then. You need to install it on a Windows PC or something else besides a MacBook

This is a IPA file for saves, you know for this game, saves only can use with same vision update. Nothing cheat. When you use a lvl 99 save with lots of guns, you don't need cheat anymore I think
