This method works. Even when you ultimately log back in on your idevice the gems/coins stay put.

i didn't have hawaiianpizza make me an account, just using the information in the spoiler and a little googling got me the information i needed to do it myself.  Anyway! Just wanted to thank hawaiianpizza for pointing me in the right direction. i've wanted heaps of gems in this game for like.. forever!...

heya! you can't actually download it bc if I gave a save file, you will end up using mine. I make accounts tho, I can make you one if you like.
