So I've heard that they're (devs) getting serious on banning players with hack, basically if players with the hack finish an event way too fast than normal, their time gets sent out the devs and they ban you, I'm wondering if this is true And if anyone got banned from using the hack.

yes that's true , they already banned accounts with mods and dupping .. 
They detect it with that new time record thing
