No , Apple Has Stopped Signing any Firmware Below 10.3.3 unless you saved your SHSH Blobs which i presume you didnt

Also.. I've heard that 9.3.5 is still being signed? I don't know if this is true.

Nah, it's not being signed anymore.

As @TheArmQueen said anything below 10.3.3 isn't signed anymore.

If you own a 32-bit device that is compatible with ios 9 , then you can upgrade it to 9.3.5 ( thats the max 32 bits can upgrade to except i5 ) and jailbreak it ....
