Help/Support Install LocalIAPStore on iOS 9.3.5.

I installed jailbreak using,"Phoenix" and now I have cydia. Problem is that when I installed LocalIAPStore, every app crashes. For example, Subway Surfers, Injustice, MKX, Family guy: The quest for stuff, and even TMNT: Legends. Is there a working LocalIAPStore repo that does not crash apps on iOS 9.3.5?

How can you be sure LocalIAPStore is causing the crashes?

Because I uninstalled LocalIAPStore and the games do not crash. I reinstalled LocalIAPStore and the games started to crash(some I can't even get past the loading screen).
