Did you try that delete game and install it again? But after installedt again; don’ t play game. After you create a new character; if your game progress associated with your Google Account or Game Center Account; it will ask that do you want install your old game and if you say yes it gives a code to enter screen. When you enter it; game will load old progress.

I wiped my data with apps manager, I accessed the game and was prompted to load up previous game progress. I put in the code but it still isn’t loading
