SOLUTION:

If you did equipped shoes in GM(God Mode) you won’t be able to move your character, and your game will freeze once you try to move it around.

There is a solution for this bug. (Tested on the 1.17.0 ldoe game version).

You only have to open the game, enter a location (Home, Forest etc) once you entered do not move. Wait for your character to die from hunger or thirst. Revive and everything will reset to normal.

TESTED !!!
