also I’ve realized when you use instant travel and go anywhere your energy goes past 100 causing in game events not to spawn.  the only event that does is the chopper one the reason they don’t spawn is because the other events spawn from you traveling which going places which uses energy and as long as your energy is 200000000/100 it won’t happen ?
