1 hit bow works only for 64bit devices, that means ANY device other than the following are not compatible. 

x64 or ARM64 iDevices: iPhone 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, SE, iPod Touch 6G, iPad Air, Air 2, Pro & iPad Mini 2, 3, 4 and later.

If it's not working for you on a 64bit device then go to the 1s page of the thread and get the new updated file.

Yes that's the one, when the game loads close the iOSGods splash screen and let the game load, when in your shelter wait for the Hack to load and give access then tap your screen with 3 fingers, make sure 1 hit bow is active, if it is just tap it off and back on again. 

Now go kill a Zombie a BiG one with one shot !!
