I think you have to re-install the game, you can't craft stuff the is not in the game because this will happen.

You crafted an Item not in the game and sadly have corrupted your save, youll need to

 •Delete the game

•Run Icleaner (optional)

•Reinstall the game

•Reinstall the hack

DO NOT recover data as it is corrupted and you must start fresh
