i can confirm that you can in fact finalise the ATV. now i havent been banned yet on my test account but that doesnt mean it wont. I ADVISE EXTREME CAUTION WITH THIS FINALISE WITHOUT MATERIALS hack. my atv is complete but just sits there. i cant access it any more and it doesnt do anything when i click on it. i cant use it obviously as its not built into the game and i cant put it back in my inbox now to delete it. it is permanently there. @DiDA

How about finalizing other builds? Does it work well for those?

so far i can confirm that dog crate, cb radio, the chopper, radio tower and electric generator, wall sector 7 all finalise perfectly. basically everything works perfectly. Again however the only unknown caution at the moment is the ATV.

@DiDA basically after testing all the new features, i can say they all work perfectly. There might be some confusion with the new features such as breaking walls but i will clear it up in the guide. Otherwise, thank you once again for updating the hack with new features.
