yeah i guess that will work for those who instantly want to unlock all blueprints.
but you can still unlock all blueprints with the existing mod so i guess its kind of redundant.

if youre not level 99 then blueprints are still locked.

The unlock all blueprints feature used to work no matter the level, not anymore.
